  Ideation When looking at the assignment, I decided to choose the topic of video games as since I'm probably getting a B- for the module 🤡 I might as well enjoy the process and do something I like. Firstly, I started looking at the statistics I wanted to display when pertaining to games. I used information from multiple sites (sources links below) in order to structure my infographic.   Pattern from Lightest to Darkest

Introduction For this assignment, I decided to go with a juxtaposition of making it seem like someone was about to get beaten up, but instead it was just a cockroach. Draft Stage During the ideation process, I had came up with 2 storyboard ideas. The first draft was one where I mapped out a whole sequence of running away from something and then turning around to smack the cockroach. However, I realised that I needed to use too many pictures in order to convey the essence of the story so I went with the next draft instead. During the second draft, I had mapped out 8 pictures and how I wanted to story to progress and tried to mimic a fighter walking into an arena of some sorts before smacking the cockroach. Process I began by taking a bunch of photos with different angles and styles and put them side by side to see which one fit the collage the best.   The Original Image Introduction When I was looking at the specifications of the assignment, I knew I had to keep things simple as I am no great designer. I decided to focus on Bubble Tea, something that is near and dear to my heart and one of my favourite foods. In this exercise, the signifier as well as the signified were both the bubble tea as well as the brand.
